Located in Greater London, Excel Packaging & Insulation Co Ltd is a specialist manufacturer of custom made protective packaging, foil insulation panels (Profoilâ„¢) for use with warm water underfloor heating systems and insulated polystyrene cold boxes (FerriBoxâ„¢) for the distribution of temperature sensitive goods. A leading converter of industrial foams including flexible polyurethane foam (PU), expanded polystyrene (EPS), extruded polystyrene (XPS), and both cross-linked and non cross-linked polyethylene foams (PE), we manufacture high performance products for protective packaging, thermal insulation, medical, pharmaceutical, laboratory, building, construction and civil engineering, film, television, theatre, exhibition and display produced by manufacturing processes ranging from diecutting and laminating to hot-wire cutting, cnc contour cutting, profile cutting and routing.
