Description

Producing a wide variety of cutting forms to suit customer requirements. Supplied drawing or electronic data can be used to manufacture your product. Laser cutting and CAD technologies are all in house. Different base materials - wood, lexan, tufnol and various combinations are available. A number of different blade types can be supplied depending upon the application and in a verity of blade heights. Customers include:Aerospace, Automotive, Electronics, Motor sport, General gasket etc, the list is long. Over the years the company has diversified to include CAD design, development and production of specialised sealing products. It has invested heavily in modern production techniques, utilising laser cutting and high speed automated press cutting systems. We have the experience and expertise to advise on the design, development and manufacture of gaskets seals and joints from a wide range of non-metallic materials. All products are manufactured to ISO9001 (2000) quality assurance.
